Making appointments

All appointments can be made by calling (319) 768-3320. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Canceling an appointment

If you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the time of the appointment. Failure to cancel an appointment may result in a charge for an office visit. This charge can only be billed directly to the patient or patient’s guardian. We can not bill the insurance company.
