Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Spinal stenosis is a condition in which the nerves in the spinal canal are compressed. As the degenerative process occurs, the ligamentum flavum is overgrown and the facet joints enlarge and develop bone spurs that encroach into the spinal canal.
